These terms apply to website use, booking enquiries, attendance and participation in Area63 experiences.
Area63 provides or proposes to provide entertainment and related services including sim racing, games, tournaments, café services, creator studio hire, private hire and The Vandal Void controlled destruction experience.
Bookings may be subject to capacity, age restrictions, safety rules, staff availability, payment, deposit requirements and acceptance of activity-specific terms.
Customers must follow staff instructions, respect other customers and staff, avoid abusive behaviour and use equipment only as instructed.
Different activities have different rules. The Vandal Void requires PPE and waiver acceptance. Food and café services are subject to food safety and allergen controls. Games and tournaments may include specific safety and scoring rules.
Customers are responsible for intentional, reckless or unauthorised damage to Area63 property, safety equipment, gaming equipment, studio equipment, café areas or other customers’ belongings.
Some podcast or member content may be protected by username and password. Access details are for authorised viewers only and must not be shared without permission from the relevant operator or podcaster.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
